June 6, 2011 (El Cajon) -- A draft of Padre Dam's Urban Water Management Plan is now available for public comment and review. Padre Dam will hold a public hearing to accept comments on our 2010 Urban Water Management Plan (UWMP) on June 17 at 3:30pm. Padre Dam’s UWMP contains forecasts on water demands and details supplies necessary to meet future demands for our service area. The California Urban Water Management Planning Act requires all urban water suppliers to submit an Urban Water Management Plan every 5 years.
